Sean and Malea’s wedding at Streamsong Resort in Bowling Green, Florida was filled with cheerful spring color, romantic garden-inspired flowers, and thoughtful details that felt perfectly suited to the modern surroundings of the venue.

Their floral palette blended buttery yellow, soft blush and peach, lavender, powder blue, crisp white, and fresh greenery. The combination felt playful and colorful without losing its elegance—bringing a soft, organic garden feel to Streamsong’s contemporary architecture and wide-open Florida landscape.

Malea’s bouquet was overflowing with color and texture. Garden-style roses in shades of blush, cream, and yellow were layered with orange ranunculus, lavender and blue blooms, delicate chamomile, airy white accents, and touches of greenery.

Rather than creating a tightly structured bouquet, the flowers were designed with movement and varying heights, giving the arrangement a freshly gathered, romantic feel.

The bridesmaids carried coordinating bouquets using the same palette, creating the prettiest mix of pastel color surrounding Malea in her classic strapless gown.

The outdoor ceremony was one of the most striking floral moments of the day. A simple wooden cross served as the focal point, allowing the flowers and surrounding landscape to do the rest. Two lush, asymmetrical floral installations climbed the cross in layers of blush, yellow, lavender, blue, white, and greenery.

The aisle was lined on both sides with abundant ground arrangements, creating the effect of a colorful garden growing alongside the ceremony aisle. Against the white chairs, green landscape, and bright Florida sky, the flowers brought an incredible amount of color to the space while still feeling natural to their surroundings.

The same spring palette carried through even the smallest details of the wedding. Sean and his groomsmen wore petite boutonnieres featuring individual combinations of blush, yellow, peach, and white blooms. Each was slightly different while still coordinating with the overall floral design.

What we love most about Sean and Malea’s flowers is that they weren’t afraid of color. Soft pastels were layered with brighter pops of orange and yellow, while lavender and blue added an unexpected contrast. The abundance of roses kept the designs romantic, while ranunculus, chamomile, delicate line flowers, and loose greenery prevented them from feeling too formal.

The result was romantic, whimsical, colorful, and garden-inspired—a perfect floral direction for a spring wedding in Florida.

Sean and Malea’s wedding is a beautiful example of how colorful wedding flowers can still feel elevated and timeless. From Malea’s bridal bouquet and the bridesmaids’ flowers to the flower-lined ceremony aisle and statement cross installation, every arrangement was designed to feel connected while still having its own moment.
